UK to Turkey advice?

Hi all,
I'm planning a trip from the UK to Turkey. Hopefully going in April/May.
We are thinking of this route:
France - Belgium - Germany -Austria - Slovenia - Croatia - Bosnia and Herzegovina - Montenegro - Albania - Greece - Turkey

Does anyone know of any issues we might have with Covid or visas since Brexit?
