I'm using this forum branch because my question is not tied to any specific vehicle.
Has anybody encountered regulatory issues with having a bullbar on a vehicle you have taken to another juristiction?
I don't want this to become an ethical argument about having a bulbar or not.
I'm talking about bullbars/nudgebars that are well engineered and legal in your home country/state when you go to another.
So far I know about New Zealand which will make you remove the bar as temporary import vehicles have to be inspected to comply with local roadworthy rules (they see the bar as a hazard to pedestrians).
Europe seems to be okay if you're a temporary visitor.
