We've been wanting to overland in Zimbabwe for many years. It was really unpleasant driving there for a while, but in the last couple of years they've made great strides. So we've done:
Gonarezhou National Park
Mana Pools National Park
Chizarira National Park
Hwange National Park
Matobo National Park
Currently planning to explore the eastern highlands, and maybe go back to Mana Pools in the dry season. Although we also have Botswana and Zambia on the plan for end of this year, and get Victoria Falls in there too!
The Zim side Beitbridge border post has recently been upgraded, herewith details of border procedure below.
