Hi all from Penelope & Ian, 2 retired Aussies into month 8 of our planned 4 year trip around the World. We are currently still in the USA and have 4 months left of our Visa. South Carolina as we speak. New Orleans for Mardi Gras, then Texas, Calif, Nevada. Then down into Mexico probably late Feb Early March.
Our vehicle is a All Terrain Warrior Isuzu 4x4. Check it out on www.allterrainwarriors.com.
We have travelled 45000 km's since we left home in May 2015. It's been a breeze so far in North America, Alaska, the Maritimes. Quite looking forward to new cultural differences as we head south.
Plan in Mexico is Baja, Central and Eastern Mexico. Park our truck and do a Cuba trip of maybe 10days.
Belize and all countries (Central) before sending our truck to Cartegena from Panama.
We shall be regulars now on Overland Sphere, drawing on your own experiences and travels to assist us. And just maybe we already know stuff that we can help others with. We hope so.
We have been keeping a regular blog of our travels to date and have a private Facebook Group updated most days. Once we fathom out how to post a blog into OS we shall post here. If anyone interested in having a look at our Facebook page we are: Travels in the Earwig.
We look forward to asking our riveting questions and receiving your "Money couldn't buy" answers.
Regards
Ian & Pen
