Thought we should introduce ourselves...
We are Guy and Shaz, TruckedOff is our blog, we have restored a 1988 Landrover 110 High-top ambulance (not that common) ourselves over 12 months, and we are currently on a shakedown trip around Norway. We've quit our jobs and sold our house and just seeing how long we can last on the road and how far we dare to go.
To be honest, we're nearly done with the shakedown, I'm posting this from Oslo (in IKEA! lol - free coffee) after having already been up to Nordkapp, Alta, Tromso, Narvik, Lofoten Islands, Trondheim, Stavanger etc etc
We'll be heading home in the next few weeks, to do some changes to the vehicle, and to ship to USA/Canada.

On truckedoff.com there is a couple of pages about the truck and the restoration with lots of rusty/oily/was-this-really-a-good-idea pics.
We enjoyed following other peoples blogs like overlandbirds, lizzybus, A2A, Hasta Alaska - we aren't as charismatic as some of these crazy people but hope you might enjoy seeing our pics!
