Hello everyone!
We're Jacob and Frida, a Swedish couple travelling the world. We've been backpacking and working around the world the last 5 years. We mostly work as ski and scuba dive instructors. Jacob also freelance as a photographer and retoucher and Frida as a project manager.
We're now planing a great road trip around the world. We will start this summer and drive to south east asia. From there we ship to Canada and continue down through central and south america. From there we ship over to South Africa and drive up back to Europe. Along the way we have at least two work seasons planned. The full trip will take between 2-3 years.
We have rebuilt a VW Caravelle Syncro (4wd) and are ready to leave Sweden this summer.
We have the blog Everyday Explorers, one of Swedens biggest travel blogs for young adults. We write in Swedish so not sure how many here who can read and follow but we might start with english when our trip starts. Our main focus are long term travelling and how to finance your trip along the way, active travels and vegetarian food culture.
We also do a lot of volunteer work when we travel and got our own charity project where we help organisations and people we meet along the way.
