Personal insurance

Hi all,
We're trying to figure out how to get a personal property insurance policy for all the contents in our truck if items or the entire truck is stolen. We don't own a home or condo, and are not renting anywhere so those type policies are an option. The insurance we have on our storage unit just covers those belongings. We have health insurance, so I don't want to spend money on a comprehensive travel insurance plan.
