I'm Anne and a novice to overlanding. My husband and I are planning a pretty amateur Brazil/South America trip. We're currently residents of the UK and have been for the last 15 years. Now things are on the move again... We're planning to relocate next year,
but before that we heading to Brazil to visit family, sort our house in Brazil and buy a vehicle of some sort to then explore Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina, Chile... See where the road takes us. We are thinking to go for a 2 wheel drive as it's our first trip. Probably VW bus (Kombi) as it's widely available, affordable and we can sleep in it. We will kit it out ourselves with the essentials. I will soon ask the forum for advice.
