Hy all, so glad I found this useful forum for planning my next adventure.
My name is Martijn, 29yrs old from Belgium, living in Glasgow, UK.
Have been well travelled all over the world for work, I now want to find the time to travel by vehicle and do longer Overlanding trips.
I have been living in a 2002 VW T4 for 2 years until January 2021. Then I sold the van and bought a 1994 Mitsubishi Delica 4x4 to build my small but capable Overlanding rig.
Am building it all myself and am a very keen DIY'er with basic knowledge of vehicles and diesel engines. Will post the progress of my build in the build section of the forum.
Currently, it is just myself but hoping to find a partner on the road. I'd love to be part of a convoy for some of my trips but would like to tackle some drives solo as well.
Looking at crossing to Asia in spring 2022 and stay out of 2 years exploring all Asia has to offer.
Will be snooping around this forum a lot for information and tips and tricks and provide help wherever I can.
