Hey folks, I'm a 25 year old Greek travelling around, preferably with my car.

The biggest trip so far was reaching Porugal last year. I've also driven quite a bit around Central Europe and mostly the Balkans, I hope I can help anybody who's thinking of exploring that part of the world. Hopefully soon I'll find some time to upload (timelapse) videos from the dashboard camera I used.

A trip I'm considering includes Isole Eolie, the group of little islands north of Sicily. It's not hard to find info about how to get there etc, but I'm wondering if anybody here has done it before and has any comments to share.

A nice place, orlindan, the Isole Eolie. In the nineties we have been there. By boat and bus. Not many roads on the islands, on some of them just a harbour with a little town. At least the 3 or 4 bigger islands are pretty much different from each other. We had a good time there.

Hey Gitano, thanks for the info. The only image I had from Isole Eolie was from Antonioni's movies in the 60's, so even your visit in the 90's is an update! :)

Finally we left them off our plan to focus on other places around there and we just might visit the main one for half a day or something. Next time!
