My name is Richard, also known as TallDutch, 54 and riding a 2018 Africa Twin Adventure Sports.
Got back into the saddle last year after many years without a bike. Got hooked on the adventure lifestyle and decided I wanted an adventure bike. Last year I bought and (re)built it, now I am enjoying it. Did a 4 week stint through eastern Europe in 2019 (11k kms), 2 week round through Germany, Switzerland, Italy and France (5k kms) and various trips around my home.
On my list are:
- round to the North Cape (basically up Norway and Sweden and down/back through Finland, the Baltics and Poland).
- Albania, Greece and Turkey
- all the way down to SA
- and many many more.
