Hi folks

How are you all?

My name is Alex and my wife and I are hoping to spend the next 3 years driving around the world. We will be leaving home, in Perth (Australia), on April 15th and head East, driving across Australia first, then doing the Americas, then Europe, Africa and Asia.

I would like to thank you all for letting us be part of this group! I hope I can learn heaps from you and hopefully one day be able to help the other fellows out!

Wow thats a big trip...

Do you have a RHD vehicle? it may be worth reading up the recent issues in Central America Left hand Drive - Right Hand Drive - Overlanding Association, We drove through the Americas without issue, but it does seem that some countries have recently been inforcing local laws.....

At the moment its hit and miss whether people manage to enter Costa Rica with a RHD.

I saw you are shipping to Canada, just be mindful of the USA visa waiver rules (if you are not getting a full visa) Customs & Border Zones Overland Travel - Overlanding Association
